There are 16 Multipurpose Centers (MPC) throughout the City of Los Angeles.
These centers serve as community focal points for senior services.
Project C.A.R.E. is an annual program that helps low-income seniors fulfill a holiday wish. It is a joint effort through the City of Los Angeles Department of Aging (LADoA) and the Los Angeles Foundation on Aging. Its success since 2006 is made possible by the generosity of the City of LA employees and volunteers whom help make the senior's wish a reality.

Aging Well in LA is an Emmy nominated show on LA Cityview Channel 35 that provides valuable source of information for seniors and family caregivers.
